Please describe the action/initiative (max 15 lines) *
The base operates as nomadic temporary experimental camps in Lanzarote, Canary Islands. The residents, which answer to open calls, create new & re-deploy existing free technology, theory and art. The goal is to assemble a functional technological and behavioural typology (a "lifestyle infrastructure set") for a free, post-capitalist society, that can be generally replicated. A lot of work has already been done by the hackbase, or reorganised as done by other people and projects. // "Totalism" means an integral theory and practice, towards consistent & consequential re-systematization of all knowledge - with implications for technology, science, politics, and in effect cultures and natures. In centre of its activities is a hypermedia software, a documentary substrate replacing traditional text and media. // Everybody is welcome + it's really cheap. The initiative is self-funded through clear and participatory budgeting, yet it also creates material commons.

What tactics and strategies are used, or could be used to reinforce, scale up, and replicate the initiative?
* Documentation & Openness - far from a buzzword and a central KPI to the project, all of the totalism.org site is editable, on an innovative, powerful, yet simplest platform built here.
* Processes & Systematics are co-created by all, on every topic. They shape "ad-hoc groupations of people" - the base does not repeat crews and deliberately steers away from being a homogeneous "community" - individually and collectively, to perform in atypical situations.
* "Common ground", and building language - from coining and leading the research of "hackbases" typology (since adopted by several projects worldwide), to making efforts to curate and always revisit our disparate & alike political, technical and cognitive foundations.
* Building networks. For this reason, I also hope you will be able to host my participation in Madrid.

The hackbase does not have any proper institutional funding. Regarding accommodation at friends - I have not checked yet with them, but if nothing changed since last time, my Madrid friends live in very precarious conditions, and it is stressful for them to host. For this reason I will apply for full funding. Let me know if that is possible, otherwise, we could try to find some alternative arrangement. Thank you very much.
